Knotty Yoga Couple’s Thai Beginner Supine Massage Workshop

Come join us for a night of Thai massage. Studio owner Mason Bendixen and his partner perform Thai massage on each other regularly. This workshop will teach a couple how to do a basic supine Thai massage (lying down on your back with your belly up). Bonding and nurturing, this workshop will give you a framework of Thai massage moves to ease each others aches and pains as well as helping make gains in flexibility. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

All supplies will be provided at the workshop. Each couple will work at a station with a padded Thai massage mat, sheets, and pillows. A manual will be provided detailing the moves you learn in the workshop to aid you in performing on each other later. The workshop is limited to eight couples so sign up today.
