Bring a friend and a camera — you’ll want to capture the fun, and show the world what you can do!
Knotty Yoga (Int/Adv)
If you are fit and looking for an even bigger challenge, an hour-long Knotty Yoga Advanced class might be just your speed! Full aerial acrobatics are incorporated, as well as advanced yoga poses that are sure to give you a challenging workout. Push yourself to the next level, and start dreaming of running away with the circus!
